Analisis Model Manajemen Perubahan untuk Pendidikan Islam Transformatif: Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesiskan model-model manajemen perubahan yang terdapat dalam literatur guna membangun kerangka konseptual manajemen perubahan pendidikan Islam transformatif. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan ROSES (Reporting Standards for Systematic Evidence Syntheses). Proses penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan sintesis artikel yang relevan dengan tema manajemen perubahan dan transformasi pendidikan. Dari 293 artikel yang teridentifikasi pada tahap awal, diperoleh 14 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan digunakan sebagai sumber utama sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya sembilan model utama manajemen perubahan yang digunakan dalam literatur, yaitu Behavior Change Model, Systemic Change Model, Kotter Change Model, ADKAR Change Model, Organizational Resilience Model, Paradigm Change Model, Digital Transformation Model, Leadership-Based Change Model, dan Islamic Educational Transformation Model. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa model-model tersebut memiliki karakteristik, dimensi, dan mekanisme implementasi yang berbeda, namun saling melengkapi dalam menjelaskan proses transformasi pendidikan. Sintesis yang dilakukan menghasilkan kerangka konseptual manajemen perubahan pendidikan Islam transformatif yang mengintegrasikan dimensi perubahan individu, organisasi, budaya, kepemimpinan, teknologi, paradigma, dan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya kajian manajemen pendidikan Islam dengan menawarkan sintesis konseptual yang dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan teori maupun implementasi transformasi pendidikan Islam yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan.
