Penerapan Media Pembelajaran TikTok dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa Kelas VI SDN 016 Santan Tengah Kutai Kartanegara Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025

This study explores the implementation of TikTok as a learning medium to enhance interest in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) among sixth-grade students at SDN 016 Santan Tengah, Kutai Kartanegara, during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research aims to describe how TikTok is applied in PAI learning and how it contributes to increasing students' interest in the subject. This qualitative study involves sixth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through triangulation methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the use of TikTok as a learning medium: (1) has a positive impact on students' interest in PAI, (2) shows high effectiveness in capturing students’ attention and increasing their engagement, and (3) enhances learning interest, as reflected in students' enthusiasm during lessons, active participation in discussions, and willingness to access materials independently via the TikTok platform. This study proposes a new approach that integrates both strategic and practical perspectives through source triangulation. Unlike previous studies that focused on a single aspect (such as da'wah, behavior, achievement, or perception), this integrative approach provides a comprehensive overview of how TikTok can be implemented as a relevant, contextual, and practical learning medium in the digital era.
