Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Community Service Program (KKN) activities in Paramasan District using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). KKN is a crucial activity aimed at enhancing the university's contribution to society. However, a research gap exists regarding the systematic evaluation of KKN using the CIPP model, especially in remote areas like Paramasan. This study employed a qualitative method with surveys and interviews involving 34 respondents, including university leaders, field supervisors, students, and local community members. Key findings indicate that the KKN implementation in Paramasan has been well-executed, with an average score close to 90 across the four CIPP aspects. The study concludes that the KKN activities can be improved through several recommendations from the community, such as strengthening the role of field supervisors and aligning KKN programs with students' fields of study. The implications of this research highlight the need for continuous evaluation and program adjustments to better meet community needs.
